We'd like to invite you to a meeting on Friday, March 16 at the Alpine Inn at 6:30pm. We'll make final plans for building this summer and discuss a couple of other fundraising options.
Here is a preliminary agenda:
All, we've purchased a conex and will be beginning to remove the storage addition this weekend. If you can help on Sunday we'll be working at 1:00! Hope to see you there.
Thanks to all who have helped us clean the hall up! Everything is now out of the hall and stored securely. Mark has gotten us a dumpster (which is filling up nicely) and our construction items will be safe in a connex soon!
Special thanks to volunteers who helped clean. I know I'll miss a few - let me know of anyone I missed:
Rocky (and nieces and nephews), Gale, Ralph, Amber, Ian, Aiden, Connor, Scott, Tasha, Becky, Deb, Dustin, Hoss, Taylor, Landon, Marie - I'll post more soon!

On 7/15 almost 30 community members voiced their opinion on what we should do with the Community Hall. There was plenty of input and discussion on two choices for building action. Choice a. from below won with a vote of 21-7.
a. Lift the building, stabilize the foundation, and renovate the building.
b. Dismantle the building, store all reusable materials, stabilize the foundation, and reconstruct the building from saved materials.
The board is now working to establish several committees, ranging from administrative to construction purposes. If you have a skill and would like to participate please email us at email@example.com!
If you’d like a chance to see the building it will be open from 11am – 2pm on Sat, July 8th. We’ll also post a video soon at www.AlpineCivicClubBoard.com.

Board members have had 3 weeks to read the bylaws and no one has made comments. If you agree to approve the Bylaws as presented, click on reply, enter your name and type yes, I vote to approve the bylaws.
Also, I will give a presentation on Wed., Aug. 31 to SCC. I would like for all Board members to be there. The meeting starts at 7 but we will probably not be on before 8 p.m. We can all sign the Bylaws then.
